Marketplace Startups and Companies: How can an online marketplace ensure their users continue to interact (and transact) through the service and not directly in reallife (without the service)?
Online marketplaces add great value in the front end by connecting buyers and sellers. To get repeat business they need to add greater value on the back end. If the sellers are businesses (and not individuals), it is even more important. Better service, guarantees, escrows etc are all mechanisms by which such value can be created. Your situation (like so many of us) is different.
There are many great articles on this topic. Some thoughts based on above and my experience are below
1,sac michael kors. Look for all sources of guidance (great insights can come from an article or a blog or a peer)
2. Look for similarities. Who has worked on a similar idea? Who is an alumni from your school? Similar interests?
3. Respect Mentors time. Do your homework. Listen, more than talk. Deliver on commitments.
Best of luck!
What is CEO coaching like?
Agree with Brian comment. I will also add these 5 points
1. Who is going to hire? You or your company.
2. There are two areas which need work. Identifying the real areas which need work; and working with you as a partner.
3. Whether the coach has prior experience in your position or a similar position can make a big difference
4. In my experience testimonials, credentials, etc are no guarantee of a good coach. Word of mouth reference from someone you trust or a highquality intermediary are the best bets.
5. Chemistry between you and your coach is most important variable. Luckily, good coaches do not accept clients where the chemistry is missing either. So, you should talk to several before shortlisting.
CEO Coaching and Coaches: How much does a CEO coach cost?
Unfortunately, it is almost like asking "How much is a CEO paid?".
Prices vary greatly (from $100/ Hr to $3,500/ hr), and so do the pricing models. From hourly to packages to performance based to fixed cost for CEO with an incremental for CEO executive team.
